Requirements for Publishing MASTER or Sound Recordings:
1. Ensure you have an up-to-date PayPal account, keeping all accounts and users' details on paper or another readable format so they can be easily accessed in case of emergency or forgetfulness.
2. Obtain the relevant rights from singers, soloists, choirs, orchestras, producers, etc. Obtaining written and signed permission is sufficient to proceed. Instrumentals (in the case of Hip-hop) sourced from platforms like YouTube are not recommended, as most are licensed. Whenever possible, instrumentals should be produced specifically for each song rather than sourced from the internet.
3. If possible, obtain an invoice from the producer or orchestra providing the recorded instrumental part. In case of any incidents, it will be necessary to certify the amount charged for the service or, if it's a "gift," a document preferably signed by the producer(s) of said material. BlanchTrap is not responsible for any problems, incidents, or legal actions that may arise if any material in the MASTER structure is of dubious origin, for which the PRODUCER will be responsible.
4. The material must be of consistent quality, including mastering, and ensure good quality vocal tracks, as it affects listener feedback. Emphasis is placed on the content being original; later, it will be sent to the distributor for further moderation and verification to ensure compliance with the rules mentioned here or the distributor's internal rules. It will then be registered in the name of the artist (rights holder) and published under BlanchTrap for the whole planet.
5. THERE MUST BE NO WATERMARKS, SAMPLES WITHOUT PERMISSION, OR BRANDS IN THE SONG, ONLY THE INSTRUMENTAL OR CLEAN SONG PLUS THE VOCALS. It must be free of branding; for this, there is metadata that records the producer and the artist(s).
About ARTWORK (Cover Photo)
A photograph of 3000 x 3000 pixels is required per song, in JPG format, between 72-300 dpi, and less than 25Mb.
COVER ARTS CONTAINING CONTACT INFORMATION (email, phone number, addresses...), BLURRED OR PIXELATED IMAGES, OR PORNOGRAPHIC OR OFFENSIVE CONTENT CANNOT BE UPLOADED. Releases that do not meet this requirement will be automatically denied, with the subsequent risk of receiving a strike.
Requisitos para publicar los MASTER o Fonogramas :
1. Asegurarse de tener una cuenta de PayPal al día, guardando todas y cada una de las cuentas y usuarios en un papel u otro formato legible y que en caso de emergencia u olvido se pueda consultar sin problema.
2. Tener los derechos pertinentes de cantantes, solistas, coros, orquesta, productor o etc, con obtener su permiso por escrito y firmado es suficiente para poder proceder, no se recomiendan instrumentales (en el caso de Hip-hop)que sean de plataformas como YouTube, ya que la mayoría están licenciadas y además, siempre que se pueda, se deben producir las instrumentales específicamente para cada canción sin obtenerlas de internet.
3. A ser posible, obtener factura del productor u orquesta etc, que proporciona la parte instrumental ya grabada, debido a que en caso de que ocurra alguna incidencia, va a resultar necesario certificar qué cuantía ha sido cobrada por el servicio u, en caso de ser un ¨regalo¨, un documento, a ser posible firmado por la persona/s productora/s de dicho material. BlanchTrap no se hace responsable de los problemas, incidencias o acciones legales que se puedan tomar en caso de que algún material de la estructura del MASTER sea de dudosa procedencia, por la cual deberá responder el PRODUCER.
4. Ser material de una calidad consistente, incluyendo masterización y asegurando tener una buena calidad en cuanto a las pistas vocales, ya que afecta el feedback de los ¨listeners¨. Hacemos hincapié en que el contenido debe ser original, más tarde será enviado a la distribuidora para su posterior moderación y comprobación de que no se incumple ninguna de las normas aquí citadas o bien de las normas internas de la distribuidora, para después quedar registrado al nombre del artista (rights holder) y ser publicado bajo BlanchTrap para todo el planeta.
5. NO PUEDE HABER MARCAS DE AGUA/WATERMARKS, SAMPLES SIN PERMISO O MARCAS EN LA CANCIÓN, TAN SOLO LA INSTRUMENTAL ó CANCIÓN LIMPIA MÁS LAS VOCES. Debe estar limpio de branding, para ello existe la metadata donde queda constancia de el productor y de el o los artista/s.
Sobre el ARTWORK (Foto de Portada)
Es necesaria una fotografía por canción de 3000 x 3000píxeles, en formato JPG, de entre 72-300dpi y de menos de 25Mb.
NO SE PUEDEN SUBIR COVERARTS QUE CONTENGAN INFORMACIÓN DE CONTACTO (e-mail, número de teléfono, direcciones...), IMÁGENES BORROSAS O PIXELADAS O CONTENIDO PORNOGRÁFICO U OFENSIVO, las releases que no cumplan este requisito serán denegadas automáticamente, con el con siguiente riesgo de obtener un strike.
